Will the price go up during my contract?

Each April we adjust the monthly price by £1–£1.50 in line with our supplier costs. That's deliberately less than the £2.50+ most major providers add. We always write to you ahead of the change, and the price is fixed between reviews.

What happens at the end of the contract?

The contract rolls onto a monthly basis at the same price — no fixed-term auto-renewal, no surprise hike. You stay connected and can cancel any time after the initial term with 30 days' notice. When you do cancel, return the router using the pre-paid label we send.

Can I cancel early?

You have the standard 14-day right to cancel after sign-up. After that, early cancellation fees apply — we'll set them out clearly in your contract before anything is signed.

Do you offer a business package?

This plan suits most home offices and small businesses. If you need a static IP, dedicated bandwidth or anything more involved, give us a call and we'll talk it through.

Is the setup fee refundable if it doesn't work?

Yes. If 5G coverage doesn't deliver the speeds we expected at your address and we can't make it work, we refund the setup fee in full and collect the router. We confirm coverage with you up front specifically to avoid this happening.

How do I pay?

Direct Debit or invoice, agreed at sign-up. We don't store card details and we never auto-charge a card.
