This isn't a pure unlimited SIM — 500GB is a generous fair-use allowance most people never come close to. We'll always tell you honestly if we think you'll run higher.

Do I need a phone line or landline?

No. 5G broadband is completely independent of the old copper telephone network. You only need a standard plug socket — no landline, no BT line, no engineer visit.

What router will I get, and do I need to return it?

We send you a pre-configured 5G router by post. The router is loaned to you for the length of your contract — ours to own, yours to use. Return it within 14 days of service ending via the pre-paid label we send. See our router loan & returns policy for full details.

How long is the contract?

The initial term is 24 months. After that it rolls onto a monthly arrangement — no new fixed term, no renewal hike. The usual April price review still applies either way. You can cancel any time after the initial term with 30 days' notice.

Will the price go up during my contract?

Each April we adjust the monthly price by £1–£1.50 in line with our supplier costs. That's deliberately less than the £2.50+ most major providers add. We always write to you ahead of the change, and the price is fixed between reviews.

What happens at the end of the contract?

The contract rolls onto a monthly basis — no fixed-term auto-renewal, no renewal-hike surprise. The usual April price review still applies, same as during your initial term. You stay connected and can cancel any time after the initial term with 30 days' notice. When you do cancel, return the router using the pre-paid label we send.

Can I cancel early?

You have the standard 14-day right to cancel after sign-up. After that, early cancellation fees apply — we'll set them out clearly in your contract before anything is signed.

Do you offer a business package?

This plan suits most home offices and small businesses. If you need a static IP, dedicated bandwidth or anything more involved, give us a call and we'll talk it through.

Is the setup fee refundable if it doesn't work?

Yes. If 5G coverage doesn't deliver the speeds we expected at your address and we can't make it work, we refund the setup fee in full and collect the router. We confirm coverage with you up front specifically to avoid this happening.

How do I pay?

Direct Debit or invoice, agreed at sign-up. We don't store card details and we never auto-charge a card.

Is the data really unlimited?

No — we'd rather be upfront about this. Both our broadband and SIM plans include a generous 500GB fair-use allowance a month. If you go over that, extra data is billed at £25 per extra 1GB used. 500GB covers the vast majority of households comfortably; if you think you'll regularly go over, tell us and we'll talk through what fits your usage best.
